Made with real meat, wholesome produce and nutrients that your pet needs, you can be assured that there are no fillers, no artificial colours, no hidden sugars or preservatives in any of our recipes. What you see on the label is what goes into the pack.

We strongly advise against making too rapid changes to your pet's diet as this could cause stomach upset. We recommend that you mix 25% Taffuzo with their current diet for the first two days, then gradually increase the percentage of Taffuzo until the pet is receiving 100% Taffuzo within a 7 to 10 day period. All of the animals in our care readily accept Taffuzo and seem to prefer it.
How much should I feed my dog/puppy? This will vary depending on your pet’s weight, breed & recipe. Each Taffuzo pack will have a feeding guide on the back with suggested daily quantities based on your pet’s weight. Use this as a starting point and then adjust upwards or downwards for individual levels of activity and appetite.
As part of our growing range of Taffuzo recipes, every recipe is gluten-free making them an ideal solution for pet owners whose dogs have gluten allergies. However, even if your dog has an allergy it may not be due to gluten, it could be due to specific proteins or individual ingredients. Please make sure to check the ingredients for each Taffuzo recipe before placing an order online, or feel free to ask our in-house nutritionist for advice. If your pet has severe food allergies please consult with a veterinarian before introducing this product into your pet's diet.
Products remain safe and nutritious for several months on the shelf, even without refrigeration. Typically, powdered formula mix can be stored up to 2 years from production.
Taffuzo is shelf stable and free from all chemical preservatives. It is reconstituted using retort technology similar to what NASA uses for food preservation. Unopened packs can be stored with other dry goods at room temperature along with other dry goods. Store in a cool dry place. The best before date is printed on each pack.

Yes, it can but it’s recommended to mix it with other nutrients for a better taste. Taffuzo is a completely balanced meal containing proteins, fats and all the vitamins and minerals your dog or cat require to be healthy and fit. You don’t need to supplement when fed as directed on the pack.
Wet & Retort and Treat range of products and Treats must be refrigerated and used within 48 hours of opening. Dry Food products must be resealed and stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Never leave open wet food at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
Our Taffuzo recipes use real ingredients and smell and taste naturally. Most pets will fall in love with Taffuzo at first sniff, but if your pet needs some time to get used to the transition to Taffuzo, you can warm it up a bit to release more smells and flavors. Alternatively, you can slowly start to mix Taffuzo with your pet's current food. We can work with you to find a good mix ratio to get your pet eating Taffuzo within a day or two! If your pet dislikes the taste or smell of Taffuzo for whatever reason, please ring our customer service team for advice on how to encourage your pet to accept Taffuzo.
