All of our food is packaged using retort technology that's similar to the way NASA packs food for their astronauts. Our unique process uses heat to create food that's completely shelf-stable. Yet, it contains no chemical preservatives. We love this process, and we're excited to offer these healthy food options.
Taffuzo is made with real ingredients that look, smell, and taste like real food. Most dogs and cats accept Taffuzo readily on first offering. For sensitive animals or picky eaters, it is recommended to start by mixing Taffuzo with the current food (about 25% Taffuzo and 75% current food) and gradually increase the percentage of Taffuzo over a 5 to 7 day period.
For many dogs and cats gluten is one of the most common allergens to cause a range of problems from simple digestive issues and itchy skin to full-blown allergies. One of the simplest things you can do for your pet is to take gluten out of the equation altogether, providing a healthy change that will allow your pet to thrive with better digestion, fewer allergic reactions and improved overall health. To us, gluten free is not a fad or a trend. It’s simply the best way to care for your pet.
Gluten is one of the most common allergens to cause digestive problems, skin problems and full-blown allergies in dogs and cats. By removing all gluten from our foods we can make it so that your pet can eat easily, react less to food and just generally be a happier, healthier pet. Making gluten-free pet food isn’t a fad to us. It’s just what we do because it’s the right thing to do.
Unpacked goods such as recipe books, care and feeding instructions can be left at room temperature until opened. Wet and Retort goods should be stored in the fridge until opened and used within 48 hours of opening. Dry goods such as flavourings can be stored in the pack after use in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.
